About AI Transformation Academy

The membership includes the TMO² Diagnostic Series, weekly reports, material on generative, agentic and reinventive AI, a 5-Day AI Transformation Challenge, a Transformation Management Toolkit, a 7-Day Career Accelerator and access to consulting marketplaces.[1] Members can cancel at any time.[1] Beyond the membership, the group points to dozens of further courses and credentials.[1]

CXO Transform offers two designations, CTrO and CAIO, each earned by completing a pathway of four programmes.[2] One programme teaches the TMO² methodology for designing and running a Transformation Management Office, covering governance, value realisation and executive accountability.[2] Another, also named in the Skool group, covers the shift to agentic operations, including autonomous agents, orchestration and the operating model that runs alongside them.[1][2] As of September 2026, CTrO enrolment was closed and new participants were directed to a wait list.[2]

Llewellyn's personal site carries articles, podcasts, a book, consultations and courses.[3] That site describes more than two decades spent helping large organisations in over 30 countries generate commercial value from new technology.[3]
