AI in AEC is a membership for architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) professionals who want to put AI to work in real workflows.[1] The Skool group was created in January 2026, and members start with an orientation course and live AI demos.[1] It is run by Stjepan Mikulić, founder of the company AI in AEC, which teaches architects, engineers and construction professionals how to use AI in practice.[1][2] Mikulić's earlier roles were constructing architect at Sweco and project BIM lead at the architecture studio BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group).[2]

About AI in AEC

Lessons cover where AI works and where it falls short across the AEC lifecycle, implementation playbooks running from strategy to pilots, ROI and scale, and workflows and templates aimed at reducing rework.[1] The company's AI Mastery Program bundles all four AI in AEC courses as on-demand lessons with a global community.[3] The courses are AI for Productivity, Discovering AI in AEC, Mastering AI in AEC and Building AI in AEC, the last a set of expert-led workshops on scaling a practice with AI.[3] The program adds monthly tool updates, industry briefings and live workshops, and is aimed at architects, engineers, BIM coordinators and project managers rather than developers.[3] As of September 2026, individual access cost $399 a year, with enterprise pricing and separate course licences for teams of 10 or more.[3]

For firms, AI in AEC sells an AI Workflow Audit, a hands-on engagement that maps how a firm works and builds a roadmap for AI.[4] Free resources include the AI Workflow Map of AEC delivery workflows, the AEC AI Hub knowledge base of tools and case studies, and AI Demo Days, live walkthroughs of real implementations.[4] Mikulić was interviewed as its founder on an episode of the AI AEC Show.[2]
