The listing says membership covers unlimited done-for-you credit repair, disputes every month, monthly credit audits, $1,000,000 identity theft protection and weekly live calls with Tranchant as CEO.[1] The company's site lists the account types it disputes, including collections, inquiries, repossessions, charge-offs, late payments, bankruptcies and medical bills, with progress updates every 45 days and a 24/7 client portal.[2]

Credit monitoring from MyFreeScoreNow is required but not included, and is used to pull reports and file disputes; as of September 2026 it cost $39.90 a month, paid directly to MyFreeScoreNow.[1][2] Repair continues only while the membership is active.[1] 1Eleven Consulting says it disputes closed negative accounts that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable, and does not create false information or remove accurate, verified or current obligations.[2] The company states that results may vary, that testimonials are not intended to guarantee or represent that the same results will be achieved, and that it does not promise specific outcomes.[2]
