Caribe Swim Adult Swim Lessons is an online swimming program for fearful adult beginners, led by Coach Jeff Wood, the founder of Caribe Swim.[1][2] The Skool group was created in May 2024.[1] Its Fearless Swimmer Pathway begins with relaxing and controlling the breath, then moves on to floating, standing up, movement and breathing during swimming, before deep water and treading.[1]

About Caribe Swim Adult Swim Lessons

Members get shallow, deep and treading water lessons, two swimming e-books, a live Q&A with Coach Jeff every week and personal video feedback, and can learn on their own or alongside local lessons.[1] The group opens with a 7-day free trial.[1]

The Caribe Swim website sells a single program, Foundations with Coach Jeff, with a video course, practice cues, an e-book with printable practice pages, practice-video review, coaching office hours and 12 months of access to the coaching community.[2] Its Virtual Retreats are scheduled 30-day online classes with three live coaching sessions each week, practised at the member's own pool.[2] Foundations opens with relaxing and getting comfortable in shallow water, works up to a pull-down stroke with the breath taken forward, and saves freestyle, side breathing and readiness for deep water for later.[2]
