Structuring Training is a Skool community, created in July 2025, on how to structure a running plan properly.[1] Its starting point is that runners who train hard without structure tend to stall, so it shows how to give each run a purpose and make each phase build toward race day.[1] Members get training phases set out as base, transition, specific and peaking, sample weeks to follow, plain explanations of easy runs, tempo runs, intervals, strides and long runs, and daily training tips.[1] The group links to a running-coaching YouTube channel in the name of Lewis Sheward, the founder of DevelopmentRunningCoaching.[2]
