About Amplifi - Foundations

Members get a 6-phase Modern Wealth Roadmap, a library of 6+ courses, templates, tools and calculators, and workshops such as Step by Step Guide to Budgeting and The Tax Strategy Playbook.[2][3] Shaw holds weekly live Q&A calls on Zoom, kept in an on-demand archive, and shares updates on a model portfolio of current holdings for educational purposes.[3] Membership also includes access to private investment deals.[1]

The listing offers a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked, and members can cancel anytime without penalty.[1][3] Shaw's site states that its content is education, not advice, and that neither Amplifi LLC nor Braiden Shaw is a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser, a tax adviser or a law firm.[2] It adds that private market investments are illiquid, may be open only to accredited investors, and carry risks including total loss of principal.[2] Amplifi and its affiliates may be paid by product providers, general partners and sponsors featured in its programs.[2]
