About WTF Leagues

The WTF Leagues website streams live marble races, hamster racing and other competitions and invites viewers to pick their winners.[2] Its early-access page takes sign-ups for a whitelist for new games and competitions, and the sign-up carries an "i'm 18+" confirmation.[3]

According to a case study by the designer of its visual identity, WTF Leagues was created by Fanplay as an umbrella brand for crypto-backed racing leagues, after Fanplay's Hamster Racing League.[4] The same case study names three newer leagues, Marble Racing League, Treadmill Racing League and Beyblade Battle League, and frames the work as visual identities for a betting multiverse.[4]
