The operator, Come Learn Forex LTD, is a UK trading education company founded by Shoaib Ghauri that has run since 2019.^[3]^[4] Its offer spans retail trading qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3, mentorship, and real trading floors.^[2] As of September 2026, the Level 2 in Retail Trading cost £120, covering two training days taught live on a trading floor or online and the assessed exam.^[2] Mentorship started at 4,400 pounds with a senior trader or 7,500 pounds with Ghauri, in person or online.^[3]

The company's risk statement reads: "Trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Student results are individual and not indicative of future results."^[3] It also warns against trading with money a person cannot afford to lose.^[2]
