About Sleeper: DFS Picks App

In the Sleeper app, users pick on how players perform, how teams fare, spreads and totals, and whether an entry wins depends on how many of its picks are correct.^[2] Player Picks, in which users call more or less on a player's stats, fall under Daily Fantasy Sports, while Team Picks are a trading product regulated by the CFTC and the NFA.^[2] Sleeper Markets LLC, which is registered with the CFTC as an FCM and is an NFA member, offers the prediction markets.^[2]

Users must be 18+ in all Team Picks states and most Player Picks states, 19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21+ in Massachusetts and Virginia, and availability varies by state.^[2] Sleeper tells users to play responsibly and warns that trading carries a substantial risk of loss and does not suit every customer, that users can lose their whole initial investment or more, and that its content is not financial advice.^[2]
