On the brand's site the coaching is sold as The Mentorship and The Founder's Package.^[2] Its recorded lessons, taught on camera by Khateri, go through choosing a market, financing, making offers, running rehabs, getting through HUD inspection, tenant screening and scaling to a further property.^[2] Members get weekly private calls and weekly group calls with Khateri, messaging between calls, and a private community where lender and contractor referrals are passed around.^[2] Khateri runs the numbers with members on each deal they find, and the programme includes an AI system trained on Khateri's Section 8 material.^[2] The site sets out six months of direct coaching followed by six months of chat support.^[2]
