About The Kaizen

Its flagship programme takes a skill a client already has, as a fractional consultant, AI agency operator or freelancer, and packages it into an offer before finding clients and scaling.[1] The programme runs in three phases: Learn in weeks 1 to 4, which covers choosing a skill, packaging the offer and finding a target market; Earn in weeks 4 to 12, which covers outreach and landing first clients; and Scale from month 3, which covers systemising delivery, raising prices and hiring contractors.[1] Members get one-to-one and group coaching and AI-powered outreach systems, and the company says it has a community of 500+ students and a team of 15+ coaches and staff.[1]

Entry to The Kaizen Inner Circle is by application, with separate routes for people without a skill, people with a skillset, freelancers and agency owners.[3] Carver says The Kaizen started as a free newsletter.[1] The company explains its name as meaning change for the better through small, consistent steps rather than overnight success or hacks.[1]
