Guin Records LLC is a boutique label, studio and services group that works across music production, management and branding, with a focus on artist development and artist-friendly terms.[2][3] It uses the tagline "The Artist Friendly Label", and its roster includes Asha Imuno, Curtis Waters, Ketu and Barny Fletcher.[3] The label's leadership page lists Misha Kordestani as co-founder and president and Milan Kordestani as co-founder and chairman.[2]

In featured content that Rolling Stone UK's newsroom and editorial staff were not involved in creating, Guin Records says it emphasises fair royalty splits, artist ownership and control of masters.[4] The label says it offers wellness programs covering burnout prevention and support with financial wellness, and practical help such as videographers and editing assistance so that artists can produce consistent short-form content.[4] The same content says Kordestani shares the label's vision through The Guin Huddle Podcast and a newsletter.[4]
