Clipr is a content agency that takes clients' existing video and turns it into short-form clips for social media.[3] It also offers a service it calls Stream Clippers for capturing a client's standout moments, and says all its editing is done in-house by content editors in the USA.[3] Its plans, priced on request, run from Basic at one short a day (30 posts a month) and Pro at two shorts a day (60 posts) to Enterprise at four shorts a day plus one long-form video a week (124 posts).[3]
