About XOXA Social

Joining the XOXA Social platform is free.[1] As of September 2026, the annual BlueTick verification badge cost $33 (R500).[1] The group promoted a live soft launch in Pretoria's Menlyn Maine for 28 March 2026, free for verified users.[1]

The platform's website, under the slogan "Connect, Create", publishes a privacy policy, terms of service, an acceptable use policy, child safety standards, a POPIA compliance statement, a refund policy and a cookie policy.[2] Its safety policy sets zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, provides in-app reporting on every post, story, message and live stream, and commits to acknowledging reports within 24 hours and triaging them within 72 hours.[2]
