About Non-Fiction Author Lab

Members connect with other authors working through writing, editing, publishing and promotion, and learn book marketing, platform growth and business systems.[1] The group is also a place to share wins, get feedback and win prizes.[1] A premium tier adds 1:1 coaching, group coaching office hours, and writing, production and marketing support for a member's book.[1]

The Lab is one of Book Launchers' services, listed beside Author Launch Kit, which the owner's Skool bio describes as book marketing software.[1][4] The company's publishing service covers audience and positioning, editing, cover design and interior formatting, print and eBook distribution setup, and Amazon optimization and launch strategy, and it also produces audiobooks.[3][4] Editing, cover and layout take at least three months and more commonly six months or longer.[4] Each month, Book Launchers gives its authors client-only trainings, deep dives on publishing topics and interactive YouTube Lives.[4] Its YouTube channel, hosted by Broad, posts new videos every Tuesday and Friday on sharpening ideas, owning a niche and using a book as a business asset.[2]
