Teacher Time Back Club is a Skool membership for teachers on managing the work of teaching rather than only their time.[1] It teaches the Less But Better framework alongside project management skills, covering how to decide what matters, when a piece of work counts as done, and what to let go.[1] Members get weekly live implementation sessions, with Q&A, coworking and a session called Recess, plus a Monthly Reset.[1] Daily personalized support comes through a feature called Ask Jen.[1] The resources include a Seasonal Series, the Life First Teacher Dashboard for building a Teacher Operating System, a Time Back Starter Pack of 33 strategies and 65 resources, a Template Library of 75+ grading and parent communication templates, and a Training Vault.[1] The club was created in June 2026.[1]
