About The Transformation Club

Daily accountability runs through check-ins, shared wins and mindset prompts.[1] Each member also builds a personal fasting meal plan around their fasting window, goals and lifestyle, without counting calories or macros.[1] The community side is a space for members who share the same way of eating to post their progress.[1] The group was created in May 2025.[1]
