About Learn Wholesaling Real Estate

The teaching follows a deal through its stages: finding off-market single-family homes and vacant land, analysing them with AI, putting them under contract and selling them on to buyers with support in real time.[1] Members get the Wholesaling A-Z Course and the Deal Flow Accelerator, which includes a custom GPT for analysing deals.[1] They also get access to a network of buyers across the U.S. and a Virtual HQ where members work on deals alongside each other.[1] Two higher tiers add more tools, and one of them, Vanguard VIP, is by invitation only.[1] The listing carries the disclaimer "Results vary. Execution required."[1]
