Apex Real Estate is a Skool community in which Robert Crager teaches house flipping, from finding and funding a first investment property to fixing and selling it.[1] It is pitched at everyday people who have watched real estate videos and want to know how to do it themselves.[1] The group runs four live calls a week with Crager and the team.[1] Tuesday calls are live deal analysis, and Thursday sessions are masterclasses with guest speakers.[1] Members also get a system called "Buy, Fix & Sell Your First Property", a vendor list and a library of blank contracts, plus other investors in the group to partner with.[1] It was created in July 2024.[1]
