About THP Jump Training

Members get a week-long training program with exact sets, reps and video tutorials, plus an isometric training week aimed at patellar tendon rehab.^[1] An in-depth jump training course breaks down the concepts the owner credits for going from a 24-inch to a 50.5-inch vertical.^[1]

The paid coaching at THPstrength.com offers custom vertical jump programming, daily access to coaches and tendon pain progressions.^[2] Athletes post videos of their jumps and lifts in a group chat, where the coaching staff breaks down their technique.^[2] Each plan starts from an assessment of the athlete's jump style, strength, injury history, schedule and goals.^[2]

The THPstrength.com terms of service, effective October 2025, name THPstrength LLC as the provider.^[3] They apply a strict no-refund policy to every digital training program, subscription and service unless explicitly stated otherwise, and let subscribers cancel at any time through their account.^[3]
