The free group offers solo training plans that can be done anywhere, mindset frameworks for handling pressure and building confidence, and strategies for finding clubs, coaches and agents without connections.^[2] It also includes a tool for finding coaches' email addresses and a 30-day action plan for getting noticed by scouts and coaches.^[2]

Beyond the free group, Goalkeepers University runs The Goalkeeper Growth System, a 90-day program that combines solo sessions in a Goalkeeper Accelerator Program, monthly gym workouts designed for goalkeepers, position-specific tactical analysis and a nutrition action plan.^[1] The program adds weekly live mentorship calls with Andreas, and its listed bonuses are monthly and yearly glove giveaways, a nutrition guide and career tools.^[1] The brand pairs its online programs and mentorship with in-person coaching through a Toronto goalkeeper program and summer clinics in the GTA.^[1] It also presents a partnership with Rabona Sports as a route to professional and academy opportunities for members.^[1] A linked YouTube channel teaches goalkeepers to follow the same path and promotes a 30-day plan for becoming a better goalkeeper.^[3]
