The Sacred Reset review

The Sacred Reset is listed on Skool. It is free to join.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined The Sacred Reset, and nothing below is a verdict.

The Sacred Reset is a Skool community built around a 3-day fast for body, mind, soul and planet that members can start at any time and follow at their own pace.[1] The listing rests on the idea that fasting in a group works differently from fasting alone, and each session is a recorded video.[1] The fast is hosted by Josh del Sol, and the listing names its facilitators as David "Avocado" Wolfe, Mandy Jacob, Alex Lasarev, Jessie Cae, Danielle Grace and Christopher Sartain.[1] On joining, members receive the Sacred Reset Protocol Guide, and the course runs across 5 recorded sessions.[1] The group was created in May 2026.[1]
