About The Living Tradition

Its astrology track is a one-year training in Jyotiṣa, followed by a second-year advanced course.[1] Yoga teacher trainings take in psychology, breathwork, meditation, practice and teaching methods.[1] An Ayurveda foundations course covers constitution, digestion, diet and lifestyle.[1] Members also have live classes, mentorship and Q&A sessions, plus a library of recorded courses.[1] The group was created in March 2025.[1]
