About The Reset Circle

Members get full replays of what Lee calls therapy-style live sessions, breakthrough mindset sessions, access to Lee's book 21 Days to Reset and a private space for questions.^[1] New breakthrough sessions are added every week, alongside live teaching and reset tools such as practices, prompts and frameworks.^[1]^[2]

The Reset Method runs in five steps: Identify, Truth, Release, Rebuild and Align.^[2] Lee also hosts live sessions on TikTok and YouTube, at 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM ET every day except Sunday, and at 12 PM ET on Sunday.^[2] Other products include the books The 7 Laws Of Reset and TRA, a 63-day guided reset journal, plus Private Reset Sessions for one-to-one help.^[2] Lee's website is copyrighted to Mark Lee Jr. & Co, Inc.^[2]
