About Fucketlist Life

Members get the Fucketlist course, which aims to have a member's list written and on the wall within 72 hours.[1] Two further trainings cover discipline and consistency, using a habit tool called the X-s Table, and accountability, framed as signing contracts with yourself and keeping your word.[1] A member map helps people find others nearby for in-person meetups, and the Fucketlist games run monthly challenges with prizes.[1] New members are offered a free one-on-one call with a Fucketlist mentor to get started.[1]

The idea was the subject of a 2023 episode of The Day One Podcast, "Why you should create a Fucketlist right now", with Joonas Mengel as guest.[2] The episode describes Mengel working through every task on his own list, and lists the handles @beforeidie.100 (IG) and @BEFOREIDIE100 (YT).[2]
