The Veterinary Cardio Club is an online cardiology community for veterinarians, created on Skool in October 2024.[1] Its founder is Laurent Locquet, a European Diplomate in Veterinary Cardiology, and members learn from Diplomates in the field and from international speakers.[1] Locquet joined Dick White Referrals, a veterinary specialist hospital in Cambridgeshire, in 2022.[2]

About The Veterinary Cardio Club

Membership brings specialist support, case discussions open around the clock and two live webinars a month, alongside a library of recorded lectures.[1] The material on conditions, techniques and parameters sits in three hubs: ECG Hub, Echo Lab and Rad Room.[1] Members also get weekly practical exercises, journal reviews, podcasts, quizzes and downloads, and can earn up to 60 RACE CE credits a year.[1]

Locquet also co-founded SkillVet in 2025, and SkillVet partnered with SonoVet on a two-day cardiology masterclass held in Adelaide in May 2026.[2] His particular interests include cardiopulmonary bypass procedures, minimally invasive interventions and wildlife cardiology.[2]

New members begin with a seven-day trial and can cancel at any time, with no long-term commitment.[1]
