About Technician Find Community

Members get scripts, ad strategies and recruiting systems for shop owners and managers, whether they need a technician now or want to build a bench of candidates.[1] The group also holds a full interview episode with Hunt Demarest on the cost of an empty service bay.[1]

Technician Find works with independent automotive and diesel repair shops, offering technician recruiting, on-demand courses and live coaching.[2] Its recruiting service is capped at 30 locations at a time with strict geographic restrictions, and it also trains shop teams to set up, monitor and maintain its system for finding technicians.[2] Twice a month it runs live sessions with shops, each sharing one practical tip, tool, strategy or technique.[2] The company says it placed over 100 technicians with 76 shops in the previous year using its 8-step Technician Find process.[2] The Technician Find YouTube channel shares what the team tries in helping shops attract technicians and other key employees.[3]
