About Freedom Stays SA Community

The teaching is organised around what the listing calls the 4S Framework: setting up foundations and compliance, sourcing deals, systemising operations and scaling.[1] Membership has three tiers: a free Standard tier with community access and a Service Accommodation AI Business Partner; Premium, with three hours of weekly mastermind, recordings, live deal feedback and online courses; and VIP & Accelerator, which runs for one year and adds more online courses, unlimited one-to-one calls with Hindley and personalised strategy and accountability.[1]

Hindley's own site offers the Serviced Accommodation Marketing Masterclass, which covers identifying ideal guests, optimising marketing, getting better bookings and calendar management, along with one-to-one coaching.[2][3] On YouTube, Hindley, a self-described property investor and entrepreneur, documents a property journey across strategies such as serviced accommodation, buy refurbish refinance, HMO and lease option agreements.[4]

The masterclass site states that it does not guarantee or imply that buyers will earn money or recoup their investment by using the Masterclass, and that its testimonials come from real customers whose results are not typical.[3]
