Stronger Together is a Skool community for women over 40, built on progressive strength training and Pilates done at home.[1] It is run by Hannah, whose approach combines strength training with Pilates.[1] The programme is open to women who have never lifted a weight.[1] The Standard plan includes weekly workouts, an archive and a kickstart, while the Premium plan has a full 24-week programme, a Pilates library and a live session.[1] Membership opens with a 7-day trial.[1] The group was created in September 2025.[1]
