The Standard tier is a mobility foundation, with 6 structured sessions a week arranged by an upper-body, lower-body and full-body split, new mobility plans each week, and access to the private community.^[1] Premium adds strength and performance programming: 5 focused lifts a week, 3 optional cardio sessions after workouts and 2 sprint sessions, plus educational content and exercise libraries.^[1] Entry to the VIP tier is by application through a form.^[1]
