About The Alcohol Free Living Club

Members get a seven-day alcohol reset and a weekly interactive podcast.[1] Premium adds the Freedom Programme, the Sober in Seven audiobook, a 30-day anxiety course, group coaching and live Q&As with Smith and his team, live events and guest speakers.[1] The Freedom Programme is an online course for changing thoughts and feelings about alcohol, suited to cutting down or quitting, with lifetime access, tools such as the Booze Money Reinvestment Tool and Force Field Analyser, and 100 days of email support.[2][3]

Smith created Sober in Seven as a seven-step method drawing on NLP techniques, visualisation and mindfulness, and a press profile counts him among a growing group of sober coaches offering alternative programmes and accountability.[4] His clients include men and women of every age and background.[4] The Sober in Seven book is sold on Amazon, and a free 30-minute web class introduces the method.[2][5]

Coaching is confidential, programme fees can be paid in instalments, and graduates can join a private Facebook group.[3] People who follow the programme as set out without success are pointed to a warranty page for refunds.[3] No affiliate scheme is offered, on the grounds that paying for referrals would clash with the aim of helping people.[3] Sober in Seven notes that addiction has physical, emotional and habitual sides, and states: "The resources on the site do not constitute medical advice. If you are concerned about stopping drinking, then consult a medical professional."[2][5]
