About Co-Living Business

Topics include rent-by-the-room strategies, filling beds with the right residents and setting up simple systems to manage homes remotely.[1] The community includes monthly live trainings, real examples and operator insights, and a step-by-step execution system.[1] An upgrade adds Weekly Focus Drops, implementation tools and live office hours offering support in real time.[1]

The group's operator is the founder and CEO of Roundtable Living LLC, a San Antonio, Texas business that provides all-inclusive affordable housing for a range of populations.[2][3] Roundtable Living works with local and state non-profits and government bodies, and its FAQ lists three rental properties in San Antonio.[3][4] On YouTube, she says she has opened several group homes in Texas for adults living independently.[2][5]

Her website also sells a self-paced online course on launching, automating and scaling a group home business, and a coaching program called Startup Intensive.[2][6] A weekly Group Home on Autopilot newsletter covers the systems she uses to run group homes remotely.[7]
