The teaching moves through three stages the school names Revelation, Impartation and Transformation: knowledge and understanding, application to life, and serving in the earth as an ambassador for King Jesus.^[1] The group describes a library of over 300 videos with accompanying notes, alongside virtual live events featuring Phil and Naomi Spence.^[1]

Enlarj works with cities, regions and nations on projects in nation building, community development and leadership mentoring.^[3] Phil is a musician, mentor, speaker and author, and he oversees programs for training and development in many nations.^[3] Naomi has published 3 books.^[3]
