About Biomechaneering

Members are taught to engineer their own biomechanics through free courses and advice gathered in one place.[1] The group also offers peer support, documented progression and journals, and members-only content as the system is refined.[1] Its educational content is based on Figarola's own process, documentation and knowledge.[1]

Figarola publishes under the Biomechaneer name on Substack, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, where the channel covers biomechanical self-engineering for health, function and beauty.[2][3] A personalized assessment is offered through a waitlist.[2]
