About Fruitarianism

Members get Ted's fruitarian diet plan, his exercise library, a forum for fruitarian questions and a map showing where other fruitarians around the world are.^[1] They can also join Ted on 1-day, 2-day and 3-day water fasts.^[1]

The same site says Carr is the CEO of Optins.com and part owner of Skool.com.^[2] In an interview published in March 2015, Carr defined fruitarianism as getting the majority of calories from fruit, excluding cooked foods, animal products and chemicals.^[3] He said then that he was known as the 100 Squats a Day guy after starting 100SquatsaDay.com, a minimalist fitness program, and that he had started FruitLiving.com and was health coaching people.^[3]
