The base membership includes a weekly live Q&A with Helm, a 5 Day Challenge built on what Helm calls the Käufer-Verkäufer-System, and training on Akquiseangst, gatekeepers, sales psychology and job applications.[1][2] A premium upgrade adds 2x2h salesfloor sessions, a Telefonparty, a cold-call method, more than 110 ready-made pitches, objection work, script reviews under the name Roast my Script, closing and mentoring.[1] Helm's site also lists a module on social media DMs for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok aimed at booking appointments.[2]

Membership can be cancelled at any time.[1][2] The listing promises that if a member has used the material and still has no appointment after five days, the team will step in live.[1]
