A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Rooted In Wellness, and nothing below is a verdict.

Rooted In Wellness is a Skool community for women built around real food, daily rhythms and back-to-basics living.[1] It is run by Selina, whose Skool bio describes teaching women to live with real food and simple wellness habits.[1] The listing presents it as a lifestyle approach rather than a diet.[1] Membership includes the Rooted in Wellness Course, a six-week guided programme the listing calls a Metabolic Reset, weekly meal plans with cooking tutorials, and monthly Q&A sessions with Selina.[1] Members learn to cook from scratch and to simplify weekly meal planning.[1] A private member community sits alongside the course material.[1] The group was created in December 2024.[1]
