About Plant Positive

New members start with the 7-Day Plant Positive Jumpstart, and the group runs 30-day challenges eight times a year.[1] Members also get the Plant Positive Journal and Planner, high-protein recipes and Vegan Recipe Glow-Ups, a weekly Coffee Hour to connect, and daily posts shaped by members' questions, challenges and wins.[1]

Galli coaches vegans and people curious about plant-based eating on their health and happiness, and hosts the Healthification Podcast, which interviews doctors, authors, athletes, activists and entrepreneurs.[2] Galli's site, Strong Body Green Planet, sells the Plant Positive Journal, an undated 12-month program that can be started at any point in the year.[3]
