About REAL SUCCESS

The group sends members to enroll through Brad Lea's own Real Training site, which offers free access to Lea's training and coaching on mindset, sales skills, habits and discipline.[1][3] The site asks people to create an account, complete the training and meet its standards to earn an interview.[3] The sales and communication module covers prospecting, asking better questions, communicating value, overcoming objections, following up and closing.[3] Roles on offer may include sales, appointment setting, business development and other commission-based positions.[3]

Lea founded Lightspeed VT and Closer School and hosts Dropping Bombs, a free podcast for entrepreneurs.[2][4] Closer School is a digital sales course whose modules include the 7 Pillars of the Confident Closer, the S.W.A.G.G.E.R. framework and the R.E.A.L. Method.[2][5] Lightspeed VT sells training systems for businesses, and as of September 2026 its service cost $399 a month for up to 133 users, with no long-term contract.[6] Lea also brings the performance system to REAL Producers, a nationwide program for licensed real estate and mortgage professionals.[7]
