About Facilitator Club (Free)

Members discuss facilitation and workshops, such as the Design Sprint, as well as facilitation careers and how to build one.[1] They can share workshop experiences and resources, put questions to the AJ&Smart team, and connect with facilitators in other countries.[1]

Facilitator.com is AJ&Smart, which began as a product design and strategy studio in Berlin, Germany.[2] The company describes itself as a small team of 13 people from 9 countries.[2] It teaches facilitation through online courses and in-person bootcamps in California and Berlin.[3] Its online training combines self-paced videos, weekly group coaching calls and a community of facilitators.[3] The company has its own method, ECS (Emergent Collaboration System), and offers The Workshopper Playbook as a free book.[2][3] It also runs a YouTube channel on facilitation.[2]
