The course sets out the model, structures and strategy behind the operator's agency, Crests Estates, including regulatory bodies, property portal vetting requirements, insurance and the ICO.[1] Further sections cover personal branding and marketing for agents and their properties, branding and messaging, recruitment and scaling, and contract templates.[1] Members also get the full Crests agent training and bonus live calls, which include live market appraisals.[1]
