A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Independent Wrench Jobs, and nothing below is a verdict.

Independent Wrench Jobs is a Skool community for automotive technicians, and only technicians are admitted.[1] It was built by Technician Find and centres on jobs at independent repair shops across the country.[1] The listing addresses technicians who feel undervalued, and it describes the shops it points them to as places with fair pay, steady work, solid leadership and respect.[1] Its tagline also speaks to technicians who like their present shop but want to keep watch on openings elsewhere.[1] Members begin with a salary survey that sets out pay, perks and benefits city by city and shop by shop.[1] For job applications, the listing points to Auto Tech Resume Pro, a tool for writing a resume and a cover letter for a specific shop.[1] Each week the first five new members may request a priority pay snapshot for a city, which is shared with the community.[1] The group was created in February 2025.[1]
