About Weight Loss for Mums Community

Members start with a 5 Day Healthy Habits Challenge, run as a course, and take part in a monthly weight loss and healthy habits challenge.[1] The material also includes a balanced food guide with breakfast, lunch, dinner and hydration ideas, recipes, an ebook on high performance habits for parents, mindset masterclass videos and a 12 module mindset transformation course.[1] Parents and grandparents use the group for daily support.[1]

Reach Your Peak is the signature programme of Allen Johnson, a body and mind coach for parents and business owners who is known to clients as Coach AJ.[2] Johnson's site also lists a Parents Reach Your Peak Programme and a Drop a Dress Size Programme.[2] A YouTube channel from the same coach is aimed at parents who want to lose weight and calls its approach the RYP Method.[3]
