About Pick Your Online Business

Members work through frameworks, comparison lists, real examples and step-by-step guidance, with a focus on validating demand for an idea before building anything.[1][2] The group also teaches the Skool model through members already using it, and includes a library of breakdowns.[2] The group asks people who already have a Skool community not to join, and points them to a separate group, Mindset Skool.[1]

O'Neill's wider coaching, branded YouTube Sales School, is for established experts who already have an audience but never built a business around it.[2] The operator's YouTube channel shows people with YouTube audiences how to build a paid community around what they already know and turn subscribers into paying members.[3] As of September 2026, a live workshop for experts with an existing YouTube audience cost $47, with the recording included.[2]
