About Business Ownership Academy

It is run by Beau Eckstein, a business advisor specialising in SBA financing, franchise discovery and expense reduction.[2] He is a licensed California real estate broker, and his consulting company provides commercial mortgage advisory services to business owners.[2] Eckstein has three operating companies: Emerge Lending Group, Emerge Franchise Group and ExpenseSavvy.[2] His site also offers a free franchise buying guide mini-course, a one-on-one online coaching program and the Investor Financing Podcast.[2]
