About Pure Life Mindset

The approach rests on habits, mindset shifts and community support.[1] Free members get daily check-ins, live chats, gamification and monthly live Zoom calls, and there is a dedicated Sobriety & Alcohol Reset space.[3]

The paid programme, Pure Life 120, is a 120-day protocol with a personalised plan, weekly one-to-one and group coaching, and an optional sobriety and alcohol reset track.[4] As of September 2026 it cost $400 CAD a month for four months, $1,600 CAD in total, and it begins with a free discovery call.[4][5]

The Pure Life Mindset website states that the community does not offer addiction treatment or psychological or medical care, and is not a replacement for suitable medical or mental-health support from professionals.[3] For Pure Life 120, the site adds that no outcome is guaranteed, whether medical, psychological, sobriety, weight-loss or financial.[4]
