About It Girl Academy

The program centres on the It Girl Method, a habit-building system taught through step-by-step video training, which the academy page presents as a 30-day system taking 15 minutes a day.[4] Its steps include applying the method and planning the week, building morning and evening routines, and keeping the system flexible for when life gets messy.[4] Members also get done-for-you routine templates, wellness and glow-up guides, resources such as affirmations, book and podcast lists and meal prep ideas, and a private community with direct access to Allison as coach.[1][4] The It Girl Weekly Planner, in digital and PDF form, is sold separately and included free for members.[4]

As of September 2026, the academy page also listed an annual plan at $145 a year, and the monthly plan could be cancelled anytime.[4] The academy page gives members 180 days to try the program and says that if they show up, do the work and don't see results, it will be made right.[1][4] For the store's digital products, the refund policy says that because they are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a technical error such as a duplicate charge or a file delivery issue occurs.[5]
