About The Productive Brain

The templates are Productive Brain, a second brain for finances, habits, goals and tasks; Productive Books, for tracking reading; Productive CRM, for managing a network and follow-ups; and Productive Content, for a content-creation workflow.[1] Two courses sit alongside them: Notion for Productivity, a system for building workspaces, and a Beginners Course for getting up to speed.[1]

The group's owner is a co-founder of AI Foundations, helps teams move AI and automation from demo to production, and releases hands-on tutorials on YouTube as ProductiveDude.[1] The channel covers productivity in the no-code era, building a second brain and AI workflows, and presents itself as a place to learn Claude, n8n and Notion.[2] Carter Surach's personal site names Productive Dude as Surach's YouTube channel and calls Surach an AI educator and content creator.[3] The site points to AI Foundations for group calls and AI courses, and to an AI consultancy and agency that Surach runs.[3]
