About Private Client Group

Members get courses, audio recordings of weekly calls between Dennis and the private client group, and the Tax Alchemy Community for sharing wins, asking questions and networking.^[1]^[2] The courses include a Tax Crash Course, a Home Office Tax Strategy Guide, an LLC Tax Strategy Blueprint on structuring an LLC, paying oneself and claiming deductions, and a 10-week, 60-hour-plus set of real estate strategy modules.^[2] Two Ask Me Anything sessions are included, one with Dennis and one with another Tax Alchemy advisor, and the accelerator comes with a 14-day free trial.^[2]

Tax Alchemy teaches business owners and real estate investors to reduce their tax bills and sets up tax-efficient business structures, with a team of tax professionals and CPAs.^[3]^[4] Tax Alchemy's site states that its planning and implementation service is charged as a flat fee from $20k to $150k, on a one-year commitment that can be renewed each year.^[5] Dennis is a licensed Enrolled Agent, and his YouTube channel covers legal ways for small business owners and high earners to pay less tax.^[6] He also publishes an eBook, The Short-Term Rental Rule, and in February 2026 was interviewed for episode 276 of the Lifestyle Investor podcast about working with a tax strategist.^[7]^[8]

His videos state that they are meant only for education and entertainment, not as legal or tax advice.^[6]
