About Overcome Pornography For Good

Members get free courses and worksheets, weekly coaching calls, and a community of individuals and coaches.[1] The group is aimed at people tired of all-or-nothing, cold-turkey approaches, and its program is framed as shame free and sex positive.[1][4] The Center describes its coaching method as anchored in research, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy thought work with mindfulness techniques.[3] Brewer's YouTube channel says her approach draws on trauma tools, emotional regulation work and CBT, grounded in healthy sexuality.[2]

The Center for Overcoming sells a paid signature program under the same name, Overcome Pornography for Good.[4] Its website also offers a free training, open to anyone who registers with a name and email address.[3] Brewer hosts a podcast that also goes by the name Overcome Pornography for Good.[2]
